Rosa Fruzza's poignant debut graphic novel explores these themes as it tells the story of her mother, Tina, and the events which shaped her throughout her life. 

From her illegitimate birth on Christmas Day through to showing how her legacy has shaped her family and those around her to this very day, Fruzza conveys a story grounded in truth but knowingly flavoured by their close relationship and a desire to honour her mother's life.
